Something's Different
You've been worthy of love from the moment you were born.
If your relationship history illustrates otherwise, that can indicate a belief you are 'running' that you're unaware of.
My mother was a kickass tennis player. My father encouraged her to play, too, because he saw how good she was. She didn't believe it and stopped playing. What would it have been like if she had embraced her ability, further developed and played full out?
It would've built her confidence, she would've continued to play into later years, plus she could've received more pleasure and connection, too, because of the exercise and the community.
Cracking a door open to what we want is the beginning of seeing what is getting in our way to becoming our future self.
Taking action builds more confidence. We see what we are capable of, then we push ourselves further. It's similar to creating an exercise habit - once you've created the habit, it becomes part of you, then you don’t recognize that older part because it’s outdated.
If you desire a loving, happy relationship or want to strengthen the one you're currently in, with a partner or with yourself, what action will you take to level up? What does your life look like in 3 months as a result?
