📣 DO NOT date a 'project' or someone you can't accept as he is, because you're choosing hardship. #MakeBetterChoices

Can you say patio dining? I've been going out lately + traveling, so put on 4 lbs 🤭 My friend, Alex, took me out to celebrate my birthday several nights ago. I wanted dessert, but skipped it. 🏆 My choice was for being lighter at the weight I prefer #winwin

Several days before that, I had cherry pie a la mode when out for another celebration. While it was yummy, I felt too full afterwards, and further away from my goal. #FamiliarFeeling 🙄

These are #choices One is harder, to forego the pleasurable dessert, one is easier in the moment, but the effects linger... on your waistline, in your relationship, etc.

Dating choices are much the same 💡

You choose someone, noticing #redflags 🚩 from the start, but stay silent, not seeing what you’re seeing 🤷🏼‍♀️ In reality, you want a relationship, so will date 'down' rather than hold out for the right guy. This will delay you from being in a happy relationship because Mr. Red Flag has already shown you the road ahead, but you’re ignoring the reality 🏊‍♀️ #BeenThereDoneThat

🗣 Or your date talks about himself the entire date, doesn't ask you one Q. He may be nervously trying to impress you, so you give him 2 or 3 dates in total. After similar behavior on those dates, he's showing you who he is. Isn’t he curious to know you, too?
One-way communication is a clear indication of how the relationship will run.
